Top 10 Things To Help Anxiety


So this is going up a little later today than I had hoped for, but after a turbulent time at Uni over the past week and travelling back to Essex yesterday for my study week, I just haven't had the time (or inclination) to write until now. 
Anxiety is a mental health problem that is often ignored or confused. Did you know that in 2013 there were 8.2 million cases of anxiety in the U.K alone. That is absolutely crazy and yet still people are faced with stigma or misunderstanding when it comes to how to tackle anxiety.

I can't remember the last time I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and for me getting healthy good quality sleep is a massive challenge to overcome. Top 7 Tips For Mindfulness


Social anxiety is a nightmare and I have tried so many things to cope with it. Believe it or not you are actually reading one of my coping mechanisms. My lovely little blog. Mindfulness has been so useful when managing my social anxiety and I think it's something that is often brushed past and thought of being a "stupid" idea. But honestly it really helps me switch off that anxiety and just concentrate on myself for awhile.
