Not For Your Table: The Roger & Gallet Christmas Cracker.

Beauty themed Christmas Crackers seem to be everywhere this year. From Nuxe to Nails Inc there seems to be a lot floating around and I was lucky enough to receive one from Roger & Gallet to show you guys.

As many of you will know, I'm a huge fan of Roger & Gallet and when they offered me one of their highly sought after Christmas Crackers I jumped at the chance.
The Crackers come in three scents: Fleur de Figure, Bois D'Orange and Fleur D'Osmanthus*.
I received the Fleur D'Osmanthus and it is delightful. The crackers include a full size hand cream and a 1.5ml sample of the matching perfume.

The Roger & Gallet Hand & Nail Creams are one of my favourite products from the brand. They come in a great size that is big enough to last you for awhile but small enough to chuck into any handbag. The cream itself is nourishing but doesn't leave a greasy residue on your skin, and it also lightly scents your skin but not so much that it overpowers any perfume your wearing. I occasionally get bad flare ups of eczema on my hands and this never triggers my eczema nor does it exacerbate it when I'm having a flare up. As far as ingredients there are no nasties that I can see (No Parabens, Alcohol Free, Soap Free, No Artificial Colourings, No Aluminium Salts, Sulphate Free & No Mineral Oils.) and it includes Shea Butter and Apricot Kernel Oil.

The Fragrant Water sample is neither here nor there really when it comes to my review of this product. The Fragrant Water itself as a product is lovely but these little samples are my pet peeve. That being said it is only a little extra in the Cracker as you are paying for the Hand Cream so I can't really moan too much!

Overall I think this makes a lovely little gift and is great as a stocking filler (it was featured in my Stocking Filler guide here). I think it's one of those gifts that is suitable for any age range as most people like a good hand cream right?
You can purchase these crackers here for £6.00 but grab them quick before they are gone!
