Relaxing with Roques ONeil Therapie Himalayan Detox Salts
You can't beat a nice relaxing bath in my opinion, and if your looking for the cure to insomnia, sore muscles, and a heavy head then look no further, because your saviour has arrived. The Roques ONeil Therapie Himalyan Detox Salts - £37.00, despite being a mouthful are by far the best bath product I have ever had the pleasure to use. I'm normally an avid fan of Radox Bubble Bath or Lush Bath Bombs to relax in an evening bath, but when I carefully unwrapped the birthday present handed to me by my brother, I knew that for a long time this would be my bath-time obsession.
Firstly let me tell you how this product is described "Suspended in a base of Himalayan pink salt, containing over 84 minerals, dusted with Amethyst powder and infused with essential oils. These combined to create a potent trinity that helps your body to rebalance and release toxins on all levels whilst restoring a sense of inner serenity." Does that not sound heavenly?! Not only that but this product truly does live up to expectations! It smells like aromatherapy oils (the strongest scent being lavender) and transforms your bathroom into a spa. You sprinkle a generous handful into a running bath and step in the tub to be transported into a new world that allows you to shut out all the stress and truly relax.
Make sure your close to your bed though as once you get out of your bath, the first thing on your mind will be getting a good nights sleep... and trust me, you will!
Despite this products fairly hefty price tag (Big thank you to my very generous brother!) I really do think that it is worth every penny. You really can't put a price on a good night sleep, but if you had to I would say it's worth £37!

I'm really undecided on this product! When I first used it it made me feel extremely dehydrated but I've used it again and it's gave me such a good nights sleep!

Oh no! I've never experienced that with it before! Perhaps you put too much in the first bath? Hopefully it keeps giving you a good night sleep and not dehydration!! - Emily xx
