Essie's So Haute! Sleek Stick Nail Stickers

I received the Essie so haute! Nail appliqué stripes in  July's Glossybox (< My blogging style has changed just abit since then!!) and I've been waiting for an occasion to wear these little beauts. This year my boyfriend and I are determined to stop being lazy and to actually start celebrating occasions. Normally we do Birthdays and Christmas and that is it. But this year we're doing the whole shabang and including Valentines Day and our Anniversary (This April will be 6 years). However, a fatal flaw in our plan, is that we wont actually be together on Valentines Day. Therefore to overcome this were bringing Valentines day forward a week and celebrating this weekend instead (yay for early presents and food!!). You may now be wondering... 'what has this got to do with the nail stripes?' I do have a habit of going off in tangents but keep reading... this early Valentines seemed like an acceptably fancy occasion to bring these out, as to be honest they are pretty glam for an everyday nail and I didn't want to waste them on a normal week of Uni. 

These stickers are crazy easy to apply, you just measure your nail up to the 9 different sizes of stickers, you pick the one that fits your nail the best, press it onto a clean nail and file away the excess. It literally took me 10 minutes from start to finish. This claims to be long lasting but I would still recommend a topcoat to just keep everything as protected as possible, there's nothing worse than your nails being ruined just days after application!
