Hi guys!!
So if you follow me on twitter, you may know that as of tonight I have decided to abandon my blog routine until I feel like I can incorporate it efficiently into my blog again. I feel like it's restricting me at the moment and that means that my motivation has gone and your not getting the posts you followed me for!
So enough of the jibber jabber and onto the topic!
*Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel- £29.50 Buy Here
The first thing I feel that I must mention about this product is the smell... If you haven't smelt this, then you need to. I would buy this purely for the smell, it is easily the best smelling skincare product I have ever used. It smells like a fruity cocktail (as the name would suggest) with ingredients such as Papaya and Pineapple it actually smells good enough to eat!
It is designed to gently exfoliate, purify and regenerate tired or sensitive skin whilst conditioning it. The idea is to gently remove dead skin cells without the irritation that can be caused by manual exfoliators, so this makes it ideal for those of you with sensitive skin that can be easily irritated.
So the question on your lips is does it work? And in my opinion yes it does! Although the transformation after using it isn't a shocking 'look at my new face' moment, it does clearly brighten my skin and it provides a nice pampering 10-15 minutes whilst you wait for it to work it's magic. I tend to use this once a week (normally on a Sunday when I have more time!) and I will use my Elemis Skin Buff; that is equally as brilliant, mid week.
It is a little pricey at £29.50 but it is definately a investment buy and will last for a good time as you only need to use a small amount each time.
For a cheaper alternative for those of you that are in the teen's to 20's age range try the Elemis FreshSkin masks at only £15 for 6 generous sachets!
Overall I adore this product, the smell is divine, the texture is luxurious and you really feel pampered after using it and I don't ask for much more than that!
N.B. I would like to thank Elemis PR for sending me this sample.
