It's been awhile since I last did an Empties post, but I find it seems to take ages to use up enough stuff to talk about!
L-R
- Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in True Ivory £6.99- I have loved this foundation through the colder months and it's amazing on day's where my skin is looking a little bit lack lustre. I have repurchased this and can't see myself switching foundations for everyday use any time soon. It suits my combination skin perfectly and doesn't cling to dry patches or slide of oily areas. It's a win-win for me!
- Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover £4.99 - This is abit of a love/hate product for me. It does work and it is quick, but it's so expensive for a nail polish remover when in reality a bottle of remover and a cotton pad does the exact same job for a fraction of the cost. Another issue I found with this is that the sponge got dirty rather quickly and started to stain my fingers with the excess nail varnish residue. I may possibly repurchase this but it probably be for a holiday rather than everyday
- Caudalie Make-up Removing Cleansing Water £14.25 - I received this mini in a Caudalie gift set I was given for my birthday last year. It smells lovely and fresh and it works like a dream. My only issue with this is the price. I have been using the Garnier Micellar Water and that is a fraction of the price but does the same job. If your looking to splash out and want something that smells wonderful then I would definately recommend it! But if your on a tight budget like I am, perhaps stick to the more affordable option!
- Premae Harmony Smoothie Serum £22.50 - This was a GlossyBox sample that I fell in love with. I did try to use it sparingly but all good things must some to an end! This serum was beautifully moisturising without being heavy or greasy. If I could afford the price tag I would buy the full size immediately!
- Elemis Rehydrating Ginseng Toner £22 - I love love love this product but again it a case of affordability and I just can't afford £22 on a toner right now! But this will more definately be returning to my skincare draw one day! If you can afford the price tag it's definately worth the purchase as it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean but not stripped.
