The May Birchbox 2014

Can we first take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this box. I mean seriously, it has to be one of the prettiest beauty boxes I've ever received.

Benefit They're Real! Mascara | Full Size £19.50 - I'm a big benefit fan and have already tried their mascara before in a travel set I had brought about a year ago. So I already know I love this and I'm very much looking forward to using it again! This sample is worth £6.88 

Soigné Nail Lacquer in Permission | Full Size £11 - As you probably know if you regularly read my blog I'm a massive nail polish fanatic so I will thrilled with this. The colour is described as a Bright Pink but to me it is more of a Pink hued Orange. It has a nice thick brush that makes application a doddle and it is opaque in two coats. A winner for me! This sample is full sized. 

Aromatherapy Associates Revive Morning Bath and Shower Oil | Full Size £39 - I have wanted to try these oils for AGES but I just cannot as a student justify £39 on a bath oil so for a long time this product has been an addition to the Birthday and Christmas lists in the hope someone is feeling generous! I almost yelped in joy when I saw this little beauty sitting in my box and I cannot wait to use it (although it's being saved for my bath on my birthday!!) This sample is worth £2.13

Beauty Protector Protect and Shampoo, Protect and Condition | Full Size £14 each - I'm always happy to try new shampoos and I particularly like the fact this comes with a conditioner. However that being said this product doesn't excite me as much as the rest of the box but it's certainly not a bad addition and they both smell amazing! This sample is worth £1.16 each £2.32 combined.** 

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser | Full Size £13.25 -  I've used Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish before and I don't LOVE it but I do think it's good. I was particularly impressed that this little sample came with the Muslin cloth as well as I'm always in need of more face clothes... (She says with a draw full of them!) This sample is worth £5.50. 

In total this box was worth: £27.83. This was an amazing box and certainly made up for Aprils dud box. 

Please let the June box be just this good!!
