If you have read Monday's post, you will already know that I made the decision last month to cancel my Glossybox Subscription and join Birchbox (to find out more on why read Monday's Battle of the Boxes!). I will still be doing monthly reviews except they will now be Birchbox reviews!
Without further ado, here is what I received in February:
Beauty Protector Protect & Oil
- This hair oil battles UV rays, heat and breakage. I'm really looking forward to using this, my hair is quite hard to manage so any hair oils are welcome! This also smells like vanilla, so I'm really going to be excited when I can start to use this!
Full size product is worth £16 for 118ml. We received a 10ml sample worth £1.35 (a rough guess, there is no indication as to how big this sample is sadly!)
Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner
- Precision tip liquid eyeliner, I am always on the hunt for a good eyeliner and this much like the hair oil was a welcome addition to the box!
This is a full size product worth £12 - so that's the cost of the box covered already!
Urbanveda Radiance Exfoliating Facial Polish
- A gentle exfoliator packed with superfruits for a radiant, youthful complexion. I already own a couple of Urbanveda skincare from Glossybox, so I was pleased to see this as there really nice products.
Full size product is worth £8.99 for 125ml. We received a 20ml sample worth £1.43
Gilchrist & Soames The London Collection Shower Gel
- A paraben-free shower gel with red tea, grape seed and milk thistle. This is a brand that I am not overly familiar with and so it was exciting to see a new brand, it also has really lovely packaging, it looks like it belongs in a really high end hotel!
Full size product is worth £13.75 for 263ml. We received a 40ml sample worth £2.09
Leighton Denny Nail Colour in Meet Me In Monaco
- I am a nail polish obsessive and with over 60 polishes in my collection I'm always thrilled to receive a nail polish from a brand that I don't already own. Meet me in Monaco is a beautiful peachy nude that is going to be perfect in spring!
This is a full size product worth £11.
+ Lifestyle extra
Green & Black's Dark 70% Chocolate
- Can't beat a bit of chocolate! I normally love Dark Chocolate but I think 70% is going to be just abit to strong for me! This will probably go to my Dad!
Full size bar is worth £2.29
This box was worth £27.87 (excluding the lifestyle extra)
Overall, I received a really good box this month, I'm really excited about the Hair Oil and the Eyeliner and I'm looking forward to the March Box!
Hope you guys also got a good box this month, let me know what you think of mine!
I LOVE that eyeko liner! And that nail polish color is so pretty! Don't forget to review all of your items on the Birchbox site to get your points ;)

I'm really looking forward to testing the eyeliner, I wear eyeliner everyday so I'm hoping this lives up to my expectations! :)
